Happy Friday to you all and Happy Holidays!
I have a friend…Mark Weller is his name…Mark is a writer and Mark is homeless. He is a good man. I don’t say that often about people. To receive that designation…that of a good man…they have to show me compassion, empathy and a capacity for love…Mark shows all of those things.
He has handled his homeless situation with dignity. He spends his days working on behalf of the homeless in his hometown in California. It would be very easy for Mark to moan about his own situation, but instead he works tirelessly for others who are in a similar situation. You can find Mark’s website here.
I mention all of this because I want to help Mark, and I want all of you to help me do this. Our H.O.W. site has a Zazzle store, and that store has items for sale that carry the H.O.W. trademark. When you buy a tshirt or coffee mug from that store, all proceeds will go to Mark. With those proceeds I have no doubt that Mark will help others who are also homeless.
You all have Christmas gifts you are going to buy. I am asking you to stop by our Zazzle store and buy a H.O.W. item; in that way I can present Mark with a Christmas gift he very much needs and deserves.
Will you help me? Follow this link to our Zazzle store and give from your heart.
Thank you!
Bill

Great idea! I have reached my limit this year after helping a few students and their families. Good luck and thanks for being “a good man.”

I am honored to be considered this way Bill. I consider you as a good man as well, and I know that whatever else happens, we will continue to do the best we can to build a new humanity.

Mark my friend, I wish I could do more….maybe one day the money will flow and the problems will be in the rear view window. Until then, peace my friend and thank you for your friendship and your giving heart.

I’ll see what I can do. This was not a very lucrative year for me. Will you be extending the offer beyond Christmas,Bill?

Yep. I can’t think of a more deserving person. 🙂
